Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order before your appointment date or sending your manuscript across via email.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail nick@nicksturgeonbooks.com. Please include the word "Refund" in the email title and specify the order in which you wish to be refunded for.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we approve the return email. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
